FAQs

DO YOU DELIVER? Yes. Our local delivery service is $15 per delivery. We will gladly quote a delivery cost outside of our normal delivery area. Speak to a salesperson for details. For roofing, sheetrock items and bags of masonry product, we charge and additional $1 per item handled if you would like anything other than than a tailgate delivery.

CAN I SPECIFY WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED? In most cases, you can request a specific delivery window. However, there are some instances where guaranteed times are not possible. We'll do everything we can to meet your needs.

DO YOU OFFER CREDIT? Yes. Simply complete and sign a credit application and you will be contacted within 2 days. When you qualify, ordering on credit is as easy as 1-2-3.

CAN YOU EMAIL MY STATEMENT & INVOICES TO ME? Yes. If you prefer to receive your billing statement and invoices via e-mail, we will be happy to set your account up to do so.

DO YOU PUBLISH PRICING? We do better than that! We allow you to shop, price and quote stock materials on your schedule, not ours! You can create quotes by saving & naming your shopping cart. Then come back later to update, edit or order that saved cart. Contact us for more information on obtaining access to our on-line store.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON-LINE AFTER BUSINESS HOURS? Yes. Access to our on-line store gives you the capability to place orders on-line. Call or e-mail us to get more information. sales@carbyslumber.com

IF YOU DON'T STOCK IT, CAN YOU GET IT? Yes! Yes! Yes! Special orders are our specialty! Our staff can also help you with alternative solutions and help you secure the hard-to-find materials you need to get the job done.

CAN I RETURN EXTRA MATERIALS FROM MY JOB? Any in stock material you have purchased from us is returnable for credit, provided it is in clean, resalable condition and within 30 days of purchase. If you do not have an account with us, you must present a copy of your sales receipt to verify purchase on a return.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED? We work hard to avoid damage, but sometimes it happens. When you first identify damaged material, contact us right away. We'll do our best to replace it as quickly as possible in order to keep you on schedule.
